Beyond action on judicial matters involving the demand of workers and Labor Surveillance Offices, the team acts in the perception and implementation of human resources policies, as well as training concerning the work environment (moral harassment, occupational health and safety, code of conduct, etc.)

The office also performs on strategic management of collective labor relationships, involving negotiations with unions for agreements and/or labor conventions, always with a focus on the interests of our clients.

In the area of individual labor contracts, our team offers thorough support for the non-disclosure-agreements, compliance, intellectual property management and, yet, labor routine auditing.
